Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) play a vital role in addressing social, economic, and environmental issues. However, many NGOs still rely on manual processes to manage activities, volunteers, donations, and resource allocation, leading to inefficiencies and lack of transparency. This project proposes the development of a Digital Management Platform designed specifically for NGOs to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and ensure optimal use of resources. The platform offers a centralized system to manage various aspects of NGO operations including project planning, volunteer coordination, donor management, fund tracking, and real-time reporting. Through role-based access controls, the platform ensures secure and organized handling of sensitive data. A user-friendly dashboard provides actionable insights for decision-making, while integrated communication tools enhance engagement among stakeholders. Key features include activity scheduling, resource inventory tracking, digital documentation, automated report generation, and analytics-driven resource distribution. Additionally, the platform supports transparency by allowing donors and the public to view fund utilization and project progress. By digitizing core NGO functions, the system not only improves operational efficiency and accountability but also supports scalability and sustainability. This project contributes to the digital transformation of the nonprofit sector, ultimately enabling NGOs to deliver greater social impact.
