MediTrack is an intelligent web-based system developed to revolutionize personal health data management and streamline the process of medical appointment scheduling. In an age where digital health is gaining increasing importance, there is a critical need for a unified platform that empowers individuals to manage their health records and access healthcare services efficiently. This project aims to provide users with a secure and centralized portal to store, track, and access their personal medical information, including prescriptions, diagnoses, vaccination history, lab reports, and more. Additionally, MediTrack facilitates seamless appointment scheduling with doctors, allowing users to view doctor availability, book or cancel appointments, receive reminders, and manage consultation history. The system incorporates role-based access for patients, doctors, and administrators, ensuring that sensitive data is protected and accessible only to authorized users. Built using modern web technologies such as React.js for the frontend and Node.js/Express for the backend, MediTrack ensures responsiveness, scalability, and data security. A smart search and filtering system enhances user experience, while notification features help in maintaining timely health routines and appointments.
